Returns / Product Policy

Little Willow Lavender aims to provide you with products that you will love, however we understand that sometimes this is not the case. If for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any problems.

If a product you would like is listed as sold out please contact me and I will try my very best to get it for you.

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused.

To organise an exchange or refund you must contact us within 1 week of receipt of your parcel.

When you order through Little Willow Lavender your order will be processed within 3 – 4 working days. Once sent, delivery to most areas in Australia is 5-7 working days. We currently only ship within Australia.
